With a passion for climate change solutions and shifting the world to a circular and renewable future, I truly believe business can be used as a major force for good but some just need a helping hand on how to get started.

My background lies in brand marketing, project management and corporate sustainability, with education acquired in a Masters in Marketing, Degree in International Relations and Cert IV in Enviro Management & Sustainability. With this, I'm keen to support businesses in strategy, implementation and communications.

I also love all things health and fitness and am the owner of F45 Training Coffs Harbour by Park Plaza and F45 Training Frenchs Forest. By owning my own businesses, I was able to implement environmentally conscious strategies with our team right from the start and we continually seek new methods to reduce our impact.
